A Beach Front Corner End Condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 
the First Floor with Private Beach Balcony. Unit #101 is a Non-
Smoking, No Pet condo that has all the features of your home that 
sleeps up to 6 people. Additional amenities at the Caprice include a 
heated pool with jacuzzi-hot tub, lounge chairs with tables & 
unbrellas and barbeque grills. You'll also find laundry facilities, 
a fitness center, a recreation/party room and covered garage parking 
onsite. Cribs, highchairs and rollaway beds are available upon 
request. 

Unit #101 is a exceptional Florida style condo individually owned 
and has all the comforts of a fully furnished home, offering the 
perfect vacation solution for both couples and families. Our two-
bedroom suite offers a host of amenities tailored to make your stay 
more enjoyable. Our air-conditioned condo boasts its own private 
balcony looking out onto the beautiful Gulf Coast. You'll also find 
a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and 
coffee maker; a spacious living area with sofa sleeper & love seat 
and entertainment center; cable television with VHS and DVD; Free 
wireless internet access and plenty of room for the whole family 
to stretch out and relax. 

Unit #101 is a NON-SMOKING privately owned condominium that sleeps 
up to six people. The master bedroom has a private full bath with 
tub/shower, a King bed with a large beach view window, a large 
closet, a king dresser with mirrors and lots of drawers, night 
stands, telephone/answering machine and a "NEW" LCD Flat-panel TV 
with remote. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a beach 
view window and balcony walk-out, a large closet, lots of drawers, 
adjacent full bath with tub/shower and a "NEW" LCD Flat-panel TV. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with micro-wave, dishwasher, stove, 
toaster, coffee maker, etc. Our unit has Free WiFi internet access,
Cable TV's, air conditioning/heater, VCR and DVD player, and local
telephone service. Guests have usage to our beautiful beach front 
fenced grounds, heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables,
barbecue grills, fitness center and laundry facility. Garage parking
is on-site with visitor parking available. Cribs, highchairs and 
rollaway beds are available upon request at nominal additional charge.

fee of $84.00 and State and County Taxes of 12% (7% sales and 5% 
resort Tax) apply to rental rates.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice of cancellation in writing is
required for a refund. No refund for early departures. A credit
