Located just north of Tarpon Springs in extended New Port Richey, it 
is 30 minutes to Tampa, Clearwater or Dunedin, 95 minutes to 
Orlando, and only 10 minutes drive to Gulf launch at mouth of the 
Anclote River in Tarpon Springs.  Anclote Island is a few miles offshore 
with a gorgeous tropical westerly exterior and great for beaching or 
natural tent camping. We have a lot on the river just a block away for
your freind's MotorHome or secluded tent camping (call for details). 

This beautiful 1991 2 story house has all of the comforts of home.  
It is nestled in large Cypress, Oaks, and Palm trees, and sits raised 
over the shores of the Anclote River giving the sense of living in a 
large modern tree house, and with a fireplace.  It is located in a designated 
bird sanctuary and is very private and peaceful. Each bedroom has a 
Queen size bed with dressers and large closets. The home is newly 
furnished with dining set, sofa, love seat, 2 TVs, DVD, and VCR.  The house 
has a full size modern kitchen, a charcoal grill and a 2 car garage. 

There is a huge entertainment room down stairs with a Futon for additional
sleeping, a Ping-Pong table, and double french doors which open to a covered porch 
and overlooks the river. Upstairs has a new sunroom or "Florida Room" overlooking 
the river and bird sanctuary. The Gulf of Mexico boat launch is just 7.5 miles away. 
Explore or fish the brackish and fresh waters of the upper Anclote River. Bring your 
boat up to 18 feet in length, and park it in fresh water at the private dock. 

Utilities Included: electric, digital cable TV, central heat & air. 
The full kitchen includes dishwasher, large refridgerator, 
microwave, electric range and oven, coffee maker, toaster and all 
utensils. A large washer & dryer and linens are provided. Local 
phone service is available upon request. Water is from a well with 
softener/filter system. The house has a wood burning fireplace and 
there is an open fire pit down by the river. Fire wood is not 
included.

On site:  Regulation Ping-Pong, fishing, grilling, bird watching 
and exploring.
Local: Amusement parks, beaches, parasailing, jet skiing, charter 
fishing or diving boats, shelling, live theater, museums, aquariums 
or just travel down river to the historical Tarpon Springs sponge 
docks for some sightseeing, shopping or good Greek cuisine.  Many 
fabulous waterfront dining sites available, seafood, Italian, and 
Thai restaurants nearby.

April - October     $500 weekly or $1500 monthly
November - March    $700 weekly or $1700 monthly

A 25% deposit of total rental is required to hold reservation.
A security deposit of $200 for weekly and $400 for monthly along 
with the rent balance will be paid in full two weeks prior to 
arrival.  Cancellations in less than 45 days of your arrival date 
will forfeit your rental deposit (not security), but with a maximum 
forfeiture of $100.00 if we are re-rent the home for the time period.

Security deposits are returnable within 7 days of check out.
There is a $90 cleaning fee. Up to four people included in rental
(primary must be 25 years of age to rent). This is a smoke free 
retreat. A pet deposit of $200 would be required.
