House provides the perfect start for endless days of beach and 
island enjoyment.

The ideal spot for beach lovers, Key West House sits on a corner 
right across from the beach, so you have an unobstructed view of the 
beautiful Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the beach.  Plus it’s 
affordable, providing nearly the view and access of a beachfront

This home was created to capture the feel of old Florida, mixing 
comfort and convenience with a touch of the funkiness of old Key 
West. There are three brightly decorated bedrooms, two baths and an 
open design kitchen and living area for maximum comfort and fun. 
Enjoy cooling breezes on the screened porch and watch spectacular 
sunsets from the raised deck while enjoying a cool iced tea or your 
favorite cocktail.  The ground level style with few stairs makes it 
friendly for children, physically challenged and seniors.  Pets are 
welcome, but unfortunately no cats.

St. George Island is the perfect place for beach and outdoor lovers. 
Over 20 miles of uninterrupted Gulf of Mexico beach make a swimming, 
beach walking, shelling, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, 
sailing, and just kick-back relaxing paradise. For exercise a 
walking and bike path stretches nearly one-third the length of the 
island, and kayaks, jet skis, sailing and fishing boats are all 
available for rent. St. George Island state park covers the eastern 
third of the island with seemingly endless beaches, marshes, dunes 
and scenes of nature at her finest. Wildlife lovers will find 
abundant viewing of dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, eagles, herons, 
sea turtles in season, crabs and other marine life. Fishing charters 
are available for deep-sea, inshore, bay and flats fishing. Fitness 
center, horseback riding, bicycles, scooters and golf carts are all 
available near by or on the island. Casual and fine dining featuring 
the fabulous local seafood can be found in restaurants on the island 
and just a short trip across the bridges in Apalachicola.  The 
quaint, old seaport town of Apalachicola is a sightseer’s delight of 
shops, restaurants, marinas, stately old homes in the town’s 
historic section, live local theater, an aquatic museum, and jumping 
off point for guided tours of the surrounding bay and estuaries. 
Special events on the first weekends of March and October bring real 
excitement to St. George Island. In March the annual SGI Chili 
Cookoff, features the largest regional chili cooking competition in 
the state along with a charity auction, 5K race, music and other 
festivities. In October the oyster festival brings a weekend of 
activities and fun.
