This 2 bedroom, second floor, northwest corner unit has a spectacular 
view of the beach.  The condo is all newly remodeled and furnished 
(2005) and it is within walking distance of restaurants.  The 
property is located just over the Park Blvd bridge, allowing easy 
access to Seminole and it is close to supermarkets.  It's just a five 
minute drive to John's Pass Village shops, restaurants and deep sea 
fishing.  The complex has a private picnic area and beautiful fine 
sand on the beach.  We are 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from 
Orlando.
