Accross the street is our private access to one of the BEST beaches -
 Crescent Beach on Siesta Key.

The kitchen has beautiful new wood cabinets, stainless appliances, 
and granite counters with leather chairs at the counter and the wood 
table in the eat-in kitchen.  The living room has a new Italian 
leather sectional sofa with a leather ottoman/coffee table in front 
of an entertainment center with a 30” flat panel TV, VCR and DVD/CD 
player.  There is a desk in the living room with DSL hookup – just 
bring your laptop!

The Master bedroom has an iron pineapple King size bed with an 
adjoining bathroom with his/her counters and sinks.  Both bathrooms 
have the new taller vanities with granite tops.  The second bedroom 
has a Queen size bed and a sofa/futon that turns into a Full size 
bed.  Both bedrooms have walk in closets.  Among the linens included 
are beach towels. The beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys and 
beach cart to roll it all down to the beach are in the garage.

Gulf & Bay Club Bayside is a complex of Key West style Town Homes 
all with their own one car attached garages.  Gulf & Bay Club 
Bayside offers two heated pools, a clubhouse with exercise/workout 
center and sauna, lighted tennis courts, fishing pier, walking paths 
and picnic areas with Weber gas grills.

Beach going, swimming, golfing, tennis, fishing, shopping, walking, 
dining, boating, museums, theaters, and much more.

One Week Minimum.
May 1, 2008 thru November 30, 2008    $895 per week.
Dec 1, 2008 thru April 30, 2009    $1231 per week.

*$300 refundable security deposit is required to confirm a 
reservation.  The security deposit will be returned after departure, 
less damages.
