Thanks for looking at our condo.  We only rent for monthly rentals.

Looking to relax, enjoy the beach, shopping, antiquing or just plain 
sightseeing?  So what are you waiting for?  Come and enjoy our 
little piece of "Heaven by the Sea".  This townhome is privately 
owned and decorated with fun and family in mind.  We are located at 
lovely Vilano Beach, St. Augustine, Florida which is engulfed 
with "old Florida Charm". 

 The condo sits in between the Atlantic Ocean on one 
side and the Intracoastal waterway on the other and  you are less than 
300 feet from the beach. 

OUR CONDO IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN AND HAS A PRIVATE WALKWAY TO THE BEACH.  All with 
views of the Atlantic Ocean from your living room and master bedroom.  

Your new home away from home is in a secluded 36 unit complex that is a great 
place to come and relax without all the hustle and bustle of crowded 
parking lots and large condominium complexes.  

Your 3 story townhome features a private pull under 
garage so no fighting to get the "up close, in the shade parking 
spot!"  Also, for your convenience, is a large storage closet to 
keep all your beach gear along with a water hose to wash off your 
car/truck.

In the center of the complex is a beautifully preserved park area.  
It is engulfed in ocean oaks with large twisted and wynded tree 
trunks and limbs.  It lends a great view to those relaxing mornings 
with a cup of coffee and early morning walk on the beach.  Each unit 
also has its own private courtyard all laid out with concrete 
pavers, small table and chairs just waiting for any afternoon 
gathering that you might be planning.  

Leading up interior stairs from the garage area is the second floor 
which features a large living/family room with balcony, kitchen and 
dining room with balcony.

Living Room=  Beautifully decorated with whimsical beach attire, new 
leather reclining couches, tv armoire with color tv/dvd/vcr and 
videos for the family to enjoy.  Eat-at "Teak" wood bar area opens 
out from the kitchen.  All with views of the Atlantic Ocean and your 
private eastward facing balcony.

Kitchen=  Accented with antique stained glass windows as the 
cabinets, tiled counter tops, pine planked ceiling just to name a 
few details.  Featuring a new stove, microwave, disposal, frig, 
pots/pans/utensils/dishes.  Two storage pantries for all your 
grocery needs.

Dining Room=  Attached to kitchen as well as having a private 
balcony facing the westward sky and circular courtyard.  Balcony has 
table and chairs for enjoying your afternoon tea or morning coffee.  
Dining room has glass top table and chairs to match.

3rd Floor Master Bedroom=  Faces the ocean along with a large, king-
size perfect sleeper bed.  Antique tiger oak head board and foot 
board are the center piece in the room. Private shower bathroom in 
master bedroom.

Guest Bedroom=  Offers beautiful mahgony bedroom set for queen size 
perfect sleeper bed.  Feather bed is the icing on the cake 
along with Laura Ashley bed linens.  Second bathroom in the hallway 
with shower/tub combo.

Washer/Dryer= On 3rd floor between bedrooms for added convenience.

This unit is like being at home.  It has been decorated to reflect 
our love and enjoyment of the beach.  We hope you enjoy your stay 
with us.  We will provide you with a list of "local restaurants" 
that offer great, reasonable priced food as well as sightseeing 
ideas.

Rate is plus 9% state sales tax and $75.00 cleaning fee.

Renter must be at least 25 years old.  Pets are not allowed.  
Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 people per unit.

A security deposit of $250.00 is required, paid in advance of check-
in and refundable after departure upon inspection of unit and return 
of all keys.  For full refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 
30 days prior to arrival for rental.  Reservations made with less 
than 30 days are subject to the same policy.

If during monthly stay at condo, renter will not be refunded any portion of monthly rent if a named 
hurricane should occur requiring renter to be evacuated from condo.  Weather, such as a named 
hurricane is not owners fault and renter will be responsible for any associated cost of hotel stay 
due to evacuation.
