convenient but far away enough to be quiet and restful. Smokers

Evening market is just a short ride away on the Jolley Trolley.

Clearwater Beach Island has all amenities for a wonderful Florida 
vacation. Marina with deep sea fishing rentals, boat rentals, sunset 
and dolphin cruises, jet-ski rental and para-gliding. Restaurants 
offering variety of casual and formal dining. Aquarium, boules, 
library with internet access. Mini-golf. Theatres in downtown 
Clearwater. Tampa, Busch Gardens, Salvador Dali museum all within 40 
minutes drive.

Rates: $1900 per month inclusive of utilities. From 30th March 2008 
rates are as follows: $1700 per month 
for 1 month, $1600 per month for 2 months.
 
$400 refundable damage deposit.
$100 cleaning fee. $400 deposit to reserve dates, whole balance 
payable on arrival.  Reservation deposits for longer than 1 month 
rental will be greater than $400, exact amount to be arranged 
 direct with owner.Again the whole balance will be payable on 
arrival.
