It is conveniently located to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. 
The causeway to Sanibel is literally 5 minutes away and Fort Myers 
Beach, depending upon traffic, is 15 minutes away.

The shopping outlet is a 10 minute bike ride from the house.

The home is clean, neat and is fully equipped.This is a privately 
family owned mobile home and we take care of it as such.

It is situated on the south side of Tropicana and you have the 
luxury of no neighbors in the front of the coach. Instead,  you have 
a park like area with a Palm tree and a pool at the end of the 
street.

It has all the standard amenities such as AC,washer/dryer, 
microwave, cable TV etc.
