privacy fence is the vista of the sand dunes of Fort Clinch State 
Park.  

The beach is 200 yds. away (less than 5 minute walk) and many activities are walking 
distance, including the municipal pool.  The 1,100-acre Ft. Clinch 
State Park is literally the back yard, where you can visit the 
fishing pier, hike or bike on 11 miles of paved and unpaved trails, 
and explore the Civil War fort. An Oceanfront Park is just a couple
blocks away that includes beachfront restaurants, skate board park, basketball courts, 
minature golf, a waterfront playground, and surf board rentals etc.

On the first floor:  Entry Foyer.  Fully-equipped Kitchen, indoor 
Dining Room with glass-top table and French doors opening to the 
outdoor dining area. Living Room with Queen sleep sofa and 
TV/DVD/Cable/Surround Sound, 50-disc jukebox stereo, WIRELESS internet,. 
Sun Porch with beach chairs.  One Bedroom with Queen sleigh bed and 
One Bedroom with Full futon bed, desktop computer, and library.  
Full Bathroom. 

Second floor:  Master suite with King bed, TV/Cable/VCR, Full 
Bathroom, Walk-in closet and Laundry Room with washer/dryer.
