planning on staying during the winter months, a home with only solar 
heating for the pool won't keep the water warm enough.)  Two 
separate living areas offer privacy and space, and a woodburning 
fireplace highlights the fun, bright family room.  The living room 
has a queen sleeper sofa to accomodate guests.  

The kitchen features raised-panel cabinetry and Corian countertops, 
a large pantry and newer appliances, including a glass-top range 
with convection oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher.  A gas 
grill is provided for cookouts.  Enjoy flat screened TVs in both the 
family room and master bedroom.  

Drive, walk or rent a bike and ride the one mile through the quiet 
neighborhood roads to the passenger beach ferry, which takes you to 
the community private secluded beach.  You are a member, and can 
also use the private boat ramp when you stay in this beautiful home. 
Community parks offer tennis, fishing, playground, picnicing and 
trails along the intracoastal waterway for people, bikes and pets.
