Check-in is at 3:30 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please plan 
accordingly, so that we are in compliance with our cleaning 
company. This is very important.     

Our unit is located near the "Beach Walk" area - very 
short walk (approximately 100 yards) to Private Beach. 

Our condo is a furnished, non-smoking unit.

It is a small, 1-Bedroom Condo (approximately 500 square feet) and 
can sleep up to 5 people (Full Size Bed in bedroom, queen sofa/sleeper 
and Twin chair/futon in living room) but is especially ideal for couples or small families.
 
It is located in beautiful Sandpiper Cove. 
 
It is a first floor-unit with 1 of the 5 Sandpiper Pools located 
right outside of the front door. Please note it is not on a slab; it 
is about 3 or 4 feet off the ground, and there are 6 or 7 steps on 
the front porch. 

It includes a kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee 
maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, linens, etc.

To store your clothing and things, there is a large closet, an extra 
set of cabinets, and a chest of drawers. 
 
There is a TV and VCR in both the living room and the bedroom. There 
is a DVD Player in the living room. 

There is also a high speed internet connection in the living room.

House-cleaning is provided prior to check-in and after check-out but 
NOT during your stay.

Again, check-in is at 3:30 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

boating, camping, biking, water parks(summer only),or just relaxing. 

There are numerous shopping areas (including Silver Sands Factory 
Outlet, Bass Pro Shop and the Common Place Mall) and wonderful 
restaurants in Destin and surrounding areas.
