This is an easily accessible fully-furnished ground floor condo with 
private carport parking feet from the front door.  The condo has a 
spacious floor plan with beautiful vaulted ceilings and large 
windows.  The large master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large 
room-length closets, new carpet, and TV.  The new kitchen is fully 
equipped (pots,pans, micro, dishwasher, blender, toaster, 
coffeemaker) with granite counter tops, tile floors, and breakfast 
bar eating for two.  The second bedroom includes a full-size and 
twin size bed with trundle, a closet, and new carpet.  The large tiled dining/living 
area accommodates a couch and a loveseat, a dining 
table that seats six and of course a TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo.  An 
outdoor patio off the living area is outfitted with patio furniture 
and gas grill. The condo comes completely equipped with bedding, towels, 
beach towels, beach chairs, and a full-size washer and dryer located 
in the carport.

Our condo is located in a beautifully landscaped complex at 500 Park 
Blvd. S. that is located on the Gulf of Mexico less than 2 miles 
from downtown Venice.  From our door you can walk directly to the 
large heated pool or to the beautiful white sand beach without ever 
leaving the complex or even needing your shoes!  It's a very 
peaceful and quiet location. The complex also offers a putting 
green, community center, and shuffleboard.

You can take a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Venice a wonderful 
historic town with unique shopping, theatre, and dining experiences. 
Venice is also a great place for outdoor activities like boating, 
fishing, biking, swimming, golfing, and tennis.  Public beaches, 
golf courses, and tennis courts are plentiful. Of course you can 
also explore the interesting towns and cities surrounding Venice 
along the Gulf 
Coast from Tampa to Naples where beautiful beaches and rich cultural 
experiences are yours for the taking. 
Distances:  Sarasota - 25 minutes (major airport, up-scale shopping, 
cultural events)
Ft. Myers - 1 hour (major airport, world famous beach)
Tampa - 1 1/4 hour (Busch Gardens Theme Park, major airport)
Orlando - 2 1/2 hours (Disneyworld, Epcot, Universal studios)
