Welcome to the Cocoa Beach Club. Located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, 
the home of ''I Dream of Jeannie'' and within site of the launches 
at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. On 5/7/08, we just watched the shuttle launch from the 
beach directly in front of our complex. It was awesome!

Jan-Aug $900 weekly, $1,950 per month
Sep-Nov $750 weekly, $1,650 per month

11% tax + $75 cleaning fee additional
$200 refundable security deposit
Monthly renters pay actual charges for electricity.
No daily rentals -- If you want to rent for a period that is less than one week, please consider our 
features and pricing against the other properties that you are reviewing. Paying for one week and 
staying for a shorter period of time may be more attractive to you.
