Usually weekly vacation rental (Saturday to Saturday). Discount for 
multiple weeks or monthly rental. Monthly rentals begin and end on 
the Saturday nearest the first or last day of the month.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Specials do not apply to weeks

US Independence Day, Labor Day, US Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Normal rates include $95 cleaning and 8% admin fees included, but 
12% total taxes are additional. $200 US includes reservation deposit 
and acts as security and damage deposit. It is returned via mail 
following checkout, cleaning, and successful inspection, etc. of the 
unit. The unit is strictly non-smoking and one forfeits the $200 
security deposit for the special smoking cleaning fee for people who 
smoke in the unit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds, 
including balconies.
