block from Third Avenue and less than a mile from Fifth Avenue.  The 
Naples Dock is a few blocks away, where there are more great resturants 
and site seeing available.  Swimming, biking, and golfing are 
readily accessible.

The Dolfin Club is a 55 and over condominium. Only one person in the 
party needs to be 55 or over.

In 2009 the months of January - December are available.  Two to four month rentals are reqired in 
high season.  Weekly and and monthly rentals are still available during the months of April-
December, 2008. The fall months are especially lovely in Naples
