Efficiency Condo has 1 bath, full kitchen, sleeps 4-6. It is located 
directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico in 
family-oriented, beachfront complex. 

This unit comes fully furnished to accommodate 4-6 people. This unit 
has been remodeled and updated to include new ceramic flooring, 
dishwasher, microwave,  two double beds and a sleeper sofa full size 
refrigerator, large walk-in closet/dressing room. The telephone in 
the unit is a private line, with no charge for local calls. It has 
an 80 channel color TV, DVD,and linens are provided. This is a  
family-oriented, beachfront complex. 

The complex features a very large adult pool with a separate kiddy 
pool, multi sun decks and shuffleboard. Sorry no singles under 25 
and no pets allowed. Association rules prohibit singles under the 
age of 25 to rent without adult supervision. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days from arrival. Deposit will be returned 
if able to rent unit. Funds are to be received no later than three 
weeks prior to arrival.
