This condo is located right on the beach in Indian Shores just 
15 min. south of Clearwater Beach and is the only building where you 
can have it all(Beach,Pool,Boat onsite).Holiday Villas III has 
beachside Heated Pool, Beach Volleyball, Poolside 
Sundeck, Shuffleboard,BBQ Area and Picnic Area, Private Boat 
Dock, Private Fishing Pier on Intercoastal side

Holiday Villas III has mostly 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front units, but also offers 2 bedroom 2 bath 
Intracoastal view units, 1 bedroom 1 bath Intracoastal view units and junior one bedroom unit as 
well.

Air Conditioning
Washer/Dryer are coin operated and located on every floor. 
Linens Provided: We do suggest you bring you own beach towels
Covered Parking: All units have assigned parking spaces, some covered some not covered.
Elevator 
Typical layout for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a King or Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 full 
size beds in the second bedroom. There are some units that have sleeper sofas as well.
Crib: We have a crib available at no additional charge. Crib availability is based on first come 
first served. 
Cable/Satellite TV: Extended cable is offered in all units.
