Monthly-$1000.00 refundable security deposit due at time of 
confirmation. To secure the month we will also need $1000.00 down.  
The balance is due no less than 60 days before arrival date set on 
contract. 
The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure 
upon inspection of property.
Cancellation must be made two full months,in writing, prior to check-
in in order to receive a full refund.
Thereafter, the refund will be pro-rated based upon the unit being 
re-rented.
Rental fees subject to change at owners descretion.
