paradise. Located on the Southwest Coast of Florida just north of 
Boca Grande, Little Gasparilla Island has seven miles of pristine, 
white, sandy beaches untouched by hotels, restaurants, shops, cars 
or crowds. The only sounds you will hear will be the pelicans, sea 
gulls, the wind and the surf. Little Gasparilla Island is about one 
hour from Ft. Myers and Sarasota and 90 minutes from Tampa. 

Our seven-year-old home is located 150 yards from the Gulf and the 
Bay. It has all the comforts of home, including a recently added 
whole-house, reverse-osmosis water-system. Considering that most 
island homes have well water high in iron with sporadic salt water 
intrusion, this sytem will help make your stay more comfortable. It 
has two bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps 4+ and two bathrooms, a 
spacious kitchen with all the amenities, and a wonderful screened 
porch. 

Enjoy the sunset from the Gulf or the bay or enjoy its colors from 
your own screened porch relaxing on a hammock with a good book, a 
good friend, or your family. Experience the simple life away from 
the hustle and bustle of "civilization." But civilization is just a 
ten-minute boat-ride away. On the mainland, reachable by boat or 
water taxi, you will find golf-courses, restaurants, stores, and 
crowds. 

This will be the vacation you have been looking for and thought did 
not exist in today's Florida.

$50 per person/week additional if more than 6 people.

Deposit/Security Deposit required: $300 deposit for weekly rentals 
or 
$500 deposit for monthly rentals required. 
Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled with 30 days 
notice. 
Security Deposit will refunded 14 days after departure provided no 
damage was incurred.
