occupancy and a 300 per month per each aditional person. Only a four 
person total occupancy allowed.the tenant is responsible for the 
electric bill,telephone and garbage pick up.We will require a 500 
dollar security deposit at the signing of the rental agreement and 
the full rental amount for the period you are staying.Security will 
be returned within 15 business days after rental agreement ends as 
long as there is no damage to the premisis.
