Sea Wings is a uniquely custom designed home on an unobstructed Gulf View corner lot. The home 
features 10' ceilings, heart pine floors, hand made ceramic tile counters, two living room areas, 
gas fireplace. The house is located directly across the street from the beach with a dedicated beach 
access. 

The master bedroom is on the 2nd level with 16' ceiling and wall of glass with a breath taking view 
of the Gulf of Mexico, large custom shower and extra large walk-in closet.

Located in the center of the Island offering convenient access to the Island's restaurants, shops. 
banks, and grocery stores. There is a 4 mile bicycling ,jogging and walking path that winds through 
the area, providing the entire family a safe & fun way to exercise and "see the sights".

2 TVs, VCR, CD player, cassettes, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, sun deck, 
screened porch for outdoor dining, gas grill,free unlimited long distance telephone service, cable 
TV, wireless internet access, linens are provided, totally equipped kitchen, initial supply of bath 
tissue, paper towels and bath soap.

Activities on the Island include: shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, sailing, boating, jet skiing, 
shelling, swimming, wildlife viewing, snorkeling/diving. Island waters are nationally recognized as 
a fisherman's paradise. Whether surf fishing or on a guided deep sea or Bay charter, anglers are 
sure to bring home the "catch of the day". Bait & tackle shops abound. Various shops on the Island 
rent lounge chairs, umbrellas, bicycles,scooters, canoes, & kayaks. Sunbathe, slow down and enjoy 20 
miles of beautiful beaches during the day and stargaze at night where the sky is unobstructed by the 
glare of city lights. 

Bars & grills offer live musical entertainment and outdoor dining.Other things to do include the 
state park on the east end of the Island, live marine exhibits & historic museums in Apalachicola 
and you have a good idea of the wide range of possibilities our aea has to offer.
