a whirlpool tub, a separate shower and it overlooks the pool area 
below.  

Across the hall from the master suite is another 2nd floor bedroom 
with a Queen bed and access to a full bath.  At the top of the 
stairway sits the bunkroom, a perfect retreat for kids.  The twin 
bunks are perfect and the TV in this room makes for an ideal 
hideaway for the kids.  The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and 
it's own private bath.  

The best room in the house is at the TOP!  The 3rd floor "Tower 
Room" is awesome.  Views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding 
communities are spectacular!  Use the 3rd floor for family 
gatherings, a kid's retreat (there is a Play Station 2 game system), 
and 5th bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, full private bath and Wet 
Bar! 

Everyone will want this part of the home to themselves.  The back 
porches (1st and 2nd floors) overlook the courtyard and heated pool 
(during the winter) in the rear of the home where you can sit in the 
rocking chairs and enjoy the magnificent views and ocean breezes.  

The large living room is comfortable and, like the rest of the home, 
is very tastefully decorated by one of the area's premier interior 
designers, with a large TV with DVD and stereo with speakers in the 
living room and back porch.  The dining room and the kitchen bar are 
large enough for the whole family to enjoy lunch or dinner 
together.  

This home is conveniently located only a 3 minute stroll to the 
shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach but offers enough seclusion 
to make any vacation peaceful and relaxing.

Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club (1 mile), Santa 
Rosa Beach Golf Club (approximately 8 miles), The Hombre (15 
minutes), several courses in Sandestin including Burnt Pine (25 
minutes), and Bay Pointe in Panama City (25 minutes).  This area is 
a hidden paradise for golfers!!
