Note: A $19.95 fee is added to all Credit Card charges.  
Special rates may apply based upon occupancy, season and 
duration of stay.  A security deposit of $200 is required 
to book a reservation.  A refund will be issued for a cancellation 
made 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for reservations 
of one month or longer).  The security deposit will be returned
within 30 days, assuming no damages to the property.  
Full payment is required one week prior to your vacation.
