Sand Dollar Villa is located in beautiful Polynesian Gardens on 
Siesta Key in a private tropical setting. This spacious poolside 
villa has its own private path to the large heated pool and its own 
backyard with a barbeque.  Beautifully updated with new 
stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, 
dishwasher, range and microwave. The kitchen has new cabinetry and 
granite countertops. There is also a new washer and dryer in the 
villa. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The master bedroom 
has a queen size bed and there are 2 twin beds in the guest room. 
There also is a queen sleeper sofa. Two TV's, VCR/DVD and stereo. 
Wireless internet access is provided. 
Community has its own private fishing pier on the 
Intracoastal/Little Sarasota Bay. Tile floors through out. Carport 
parking with storage.  Visitor's parking also available.

Poolside villa within steps of a heated pool. Clubhouse, barbeque, 
fishing pier and library. A short walking or driving distance to 
Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Close to shopping and 
restaurants. 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota and 20 minutes to 
world famous St. Armand's Circle. Sarasota is famous for its many 
cultural activities including the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, 
Sarasota Opera, Florida Studio Theatre, Player's Theatre, Selby 
Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine and the Ringling Museum.

Beaches, pool, shelling, cultural activities, fishing, water sports, 
shopping, restaurants, boating, golf -  all near by.

May through December - $750 per week except Christmas week, Spring 
Break weeks, Easter vacation weeks, Fourth of July week $850 to 
$1200 per week. Extra nights are pro-rated.

Month minimum in January, February and March - $3800 per month.
11% Florida tax also will be collected for the government. All 
payments must be in US dollars.

Payments required in cash or check. A $500 reservation/security 
deposit is required from which the cleaning fee, long distance calls 
and any damages will be deducted with the balance being returned to 
the renter. Cleaning fee is typically $85.
Renters are encouraged to use their cell phone or calling card for 
long distance calls.

Check in is at 3pm and checkout is at 10am. Generally weekly rentals 
run from Saturday to Saturday but there is some flexibilty.
