Siesta Key Getaways - Cresent Beach Villa.  At our two bedroom villa 
you can walkout to a Florida setting from a ground level villa and 
enjoy your exclusive lounging patios, grilling area, vehicle parking, 
and then take a short stroll to our large pool and beach.  Another 
short stroll gets you to our Crescent Beach Plaza with its shops, 
restaurants, bank, drugstore, convenience store, grocery store, 
sports rentals, boat marina, intercoastal fishing park, night spots, 
et cetera. At the Plaza, you can rent bikes, scotters, strollers, 
kayaks, etc.  A no hassle location to everything means you can relax, 
relax, relax.

Our vacation villa is well equiped with comtemporary furnishings, 
private phone, laundry facilities, gas grills, and lounging patios. 
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, coffee maker, 
microwave oven, toaster, untensils, etc.  Our living room has 
leather - sofa, arm chair, and recliner, private phone, large flat 
color TV+DVD+VCR, and view of lounging patio.  Our bedrooms have 
queen bed and twin beds and second TV+VCR.  Our linen closets are 
well stocked with sheets, towels, and beach towels.  Complimentary 
laundry facilities are in room next to kitchen.  Beach equipment 
is stocked to rear of villa.  Everything is conveniently 
located.   

Within our immediate area you can lounge at the villa, swim at our 
pool, and surf at our beach.  Within a short stoll you can rent boats 
at marina and fish off intercoastal park.  Biking, jogging, shelling, 
strolling, kayaking, fishing, swimming,  - it all happens in our 
area.  The villa location which is close to the southbridge allows 
for a quick crossover to the mainland with very minimal traffic 
slowdown. Once on the mainland, there are many golf courses, cultural 
places, and restaurants galore.  Lebarge Cruises, Mote Marine 
Aquarium, Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens are nearby and a straight 2 
hr drive gets you to Disneyland.   Go North, Go East, Go South - no 
hassle takeoff in any direction.
