"Anger Management is a 3+ Bedroom, 3 bath beach house located in 
Seagrove Beach with a less than 2 minute walk to the Beach and a 5 minute 
walk to Seaside.. In the backyard, there is a fenced in large 
swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs and shaded dining areas are provided too. 

Large Master Bedroom(King size bed) on 2nd floor has extra room for 
bunk beds and also has a private covered deck. Also on the second 
floor, is another bedroom with a private bathroom that has 4 bunk beds. 
First floor bedroom has a Queen size bed and bathroom. There are 2 Queen 
Sleeper sofas in the den area, which also has a large screen TV and fireplace. 

You will enjoy the large kitchen area located on the first floor, eliminating 
climbing up a lot of steps with groceries.  The kitchen is fully equipped with 
everything you will need as well as stainless steel appliances.  There is an extra refrigerator 
located in the garage to help you with additional food storage.  Trying to make your vacation as 
enjoyable as possible, we provide you a little wagon to help you take your beach items to the beach 
with you.  There are also beach/pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, Wireless DSL Internet service 
and BIKES availalbe to use at no additional charge.  

With it’s nice décor,large kitchen and den, this house makes for a great family retreat!

Smoking, Pets and renters under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by 
a parent) are not allowed.
