Beachfront luxury condo in Belleair Beach, FL (between Clearwater 
and Tampa/St. Petersburg) on the Gulf of Mexico available for 
MONTHLY vacation rentals, Belleair Beach is a great family beach 
with lots of great restaurants and family-oriented activities 
available nearby for adults and children of all ages. Our condo is a 
beachfront condo and you have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico 
from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony 
of our 3 story unit. 

The condo has 2 bedrooms (Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, 
Newly remodeled kitchen, The condo has a private balcony. The pool
is heated some months, please check with me. The pool has a large 
sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, barbecue grills down the stairs 
from the unit. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on 
the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). 
Absolutely first class - Amenities include: central air conditioning/heating, 
breakfast bar, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, double sink, 
elevators, microwave oven, range/oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, 
telephones with free local calls, cable TV's, DVD player, various 
kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, beach chairs and rafts, and 
covered assigned parking. Guest parking located in the front of the 
building. The condo easily sleeps 4 in luxurious comfort. Everything 
(including towels and linens) is provided, the only thing you need 
are groceries. (or eat out at restaurants every day) 

If you want to see the area you can always take the Sun Coast 
Trolley all the way from Sand Key (Clearwater) to St. Petersburg 
daily with unlimited stops in-between for just one price! Activities 
available nearby include: golf, sailing, jet skis, boat 
charters/rentals, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, 
hiking/biking trails, jogging, aerobics classes, crafts classes, 
horseback riding, kite-flying, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, 
skateboarding, miniature golf, cinemas, community parks, libraries, 
gyms, dolphin-watching and dinner cruises, shopping, sightseeing, 
and many other activities too numerous to list. The condo is 45 
minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes from St. 
Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. Busch Gardens, 
Adventure Island, and all the attractions in Tampa (aquarium, 
museums, theaters, restaurants, professional/college sports such as 
baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, tennis, etc.) are 
each within 30 minutes and Disney/Sea World/Universal 
Studios/Orlando is within 90 minutes. It is simply a great place to 
relax and/or engage in a wide range of activities! No smoking inside 
the condo and no pets. Families and children of all ages welcome.

- Rentals less than 7 months, please add 12 % tax.
- Weekly and daily extensions would be prorated, MONTHLY MINIMUM.
- Balance in full is due 60 days prior to arrival date and payable in
  U.S. funds only.
- No cash refunds on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to
  scheduled arrival date, only rescheduling your time.
- Please add $ 100 cleaning fee.
- An additional $500 safety/damage deposit is required before arrival
  that is refundable upon condo inspection.
