The Gulf Breeze Bungalow is located directly on one of the many 
private canals in Polynesian Islands with immediate access to 
Escambia Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  Bring your boat or personal 
watercraft and park it at your own private dock.  You can enjoy 
fishing, boating, swimming in the Bay or the Gulf of Mexico or just 
relaxing on the deck without the confinement and crowds of a condo.  
The “family fun” of Destin, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, 
Pensacola Beach and Pensacola is near for those who would like to 
visit, to play and shop.

Canal front home:  Ceramic Tile floors throughout, 3 Bedrooms (2 
Queen, 1 Full), 2 Baths, Living room, Dining room, Full Kitchen, 
Garage and a large Deck out back overlooking the private dock.  We 
are 1 block from Escambia Bay and 5 miles to the infamous Pensacola 
Beach.

Please NO Pets and NO Smoking at the Bungalow.

The above listed rental rate does not include 10.5% Sales and Resort 
Taxes nor the Security Deposit. The payment of the Rent, Deposit, 
and Security; Refund policy; and Cleaning fee are addressed below.

Rental Policy:

Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older.

Gulf Breeze Bungalow is rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 10:00 am

Pets “ARE NOT” allowed.

Smoking “IS NOT” allowed.  

Occupancy - The total number of guests allowed in the home will 
be “limited” to six (6).

Housekeeping - Accommodations will be cleaned prior to your 
arrival.  Bath and bed linens are provided.  There is no on-site 
housekeeper.  There are no beach towels.

Severe weather - If a hurricane or other extreme weather condition 
occurs during your stay, Santa Rosa County may issue a mandatory 
evacuation notice for Gulf Breeze.   Should this occur, a refund 
will be issued and prorated based on the time of your departure 
from the peninsula.

Deposit/Payment Policy

Security Deposit - A Security Deposit of $250 is required.  This 
payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, provided there 
is not damage or theft to the unit, and all polices and conditions 
were followed.

We reserve the right to use the Security Deposit to offset expenses 
incurred because of property damage, theft, or for additional 
cleaning and maintenance required because of Rental Policy 
infractions.

Cleaning Fee $100

Rental Deposit and Rental Payment and Cleaning Fee - To confirm your 
reservation, one half of the Rent, less taxes is due as an  Advance 
Rental Deposit.  The balance of the Rent including the Taxes, the 
Security Deposit ($250) and Cleaning Fee ($100), must be received 30 
calendar days before your scheduled arrival date.  Payments may be 
made by Traveler’s Check, Bank Money order or Cashier’s Check.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your reservations, you must do so at least 30 
calendar days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to 
receive a full refund of your Advance Rental Deposit.
