Located in historic Pass A Grille, built in 1909 and looks over Beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. It’s only 
five houses to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The apartment has a large wooden deck that over 
looks all the waters. You'll love the apartment’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops and the 
fishing pier all are just down the street or around the corner.  

There are parks and playgrounds down the street and the beach is 
about 100 yards away. All water sports are available in the area including fishing and boat rentals. 
There is a fishing pier to the north about 100 yards from the Suite. Just over a mile to the Don 
Cesar Hotel. Within walking distance: Pass A Grille beach, Boca Ciega Bay, the jetty, deep-sea 
fishing, a pier, restaurants, shopping, post office, tennis courts, church. The beach trolley is 
available to take you to additional beaches or shopping. 5-15 minute drive: Fort Desoto (recently 
voted #1 beach in the US), Professional baseball, Salvador Dali museum, parks/playgrounds, large 
grocery store, mall, outlet mall, movie theatre. 20-45 minute drive: Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, 
Florida Aquarium, Tampa Bay Bucs football, Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, Tampa International Airport. 
90 minute drive: Disney World, Sea World
