"Loved your house ... want to come back".  Those are the comments we 
hear form our guests. At The Beach is a wonderful home with the 
Atlantic Ocean & Beach as 
it's back yard and Guana River State Park across from the front 
yard. This home has a great beach location - no driving allowed on 
this privat beach - yet it is close to many activities! 
*10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine for sightseeing and 
shopping in the oldest city in our country or 15 minutes to Ponte 
Vedra/TPC Sawgrass for golf and shopping.
*Our deck has been described as "best private deck right on the 
beach" by those who have stayed with us.
There is a Great Room on the first floor.
Second den with a big screen TV on the second floor for evenings 
     at home with VCR/DVD.  Plenty of movies on hand.    
*Plus king size beds in two bedrooms. 
*Optional Serenata Beach Club usage (1 1/2 miles) including 2 large
    pools,fitness center, jacuzzi and fabulous restaurant for an 
    additional fee of $150 for the whole group.

Beach walks, ocean swims, fishing and shelling all in your own 
backyard. Deep sea fishing charters and historical adventures in St. 
Augustine are just 15 minutes away from the house.  
TPC Sawgrass golf course and World Golf Village offer several 
opportunities for great golf experiences.  Shopping, fine dining, 
sightseeing and many other activities are close by.

  Oct'07-March'08 - $1,900/week  ($6000/mo)
  April - September 2008 - $2,300/week ($7,000 month)
  Oct.2008 - Mar 2009 - $1,900/week ($6,000 month)
Daily Rates - $350 per night with a 3 night minimum
*$125 cleaning fee
*Add FL 9% tax
*Add $300/ week for Christmas, New Years, TPC, Gator Bowl and   
   July 4th weeks
*Optional Serenata Beach Club Membership = $160 weekly for group
