#1 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with kitchen, dining, livingroom and is
fully equiped. All you need to bring are your personal items &
clothes. The Public walk-way to the beach is directly in front of 
the complex and one of the longest piers in FL is directly across 
the street.

The unit and entire complex has been completely renovated and in 
brand new condition. Key West Style. The patio and pool are right 
outside your door. Patio furniture and grill, picnic tables are 
available for your use. Since the complex has only 10 units it is 
very private and never over-crowded. Laundry room on premises.

This is a complex to enjoy a romantic get a way with the special 
someone / or rent more that one unit to share togetherness with your 
family or friends. Get away from the hustle and bustle of every day
life.

Redington Shores has water everywhere - Not only can you swim in 
the Gulf of Mexico, but what a place to fish too. Our miles of sandy
shoreline on the Gulf side and the seawalls along the Bay side  
provide the casual fisherman hours of enjoyment and relaxation. 
Local Charter boats offer sport and deep sea fishing. Redington 
Shores has many fine restaurants & shops but remains a causal and 
laid-back community, however the location of the unit is centrally 
located only a few miles between the famous John's Pass and 
Clearwater Beach which features shopping, restaurants, a 
boardwalk,watercraft rentals, pirate ship rides, and much more.
