deep water canal which leads to the Intra-Coastal waterway, with 
views of both the Sound and Gulf of Mexico. The home boasts 45 ft of 
dock to park your boat or personal watercraft. The Gulf of Mexico is 
less than 150 yards away with the beautiful Emerald Coast just 
within your reach. This beach house lets you enjoy fishing, boating, 
swimming in the pool, or just relaxing on the beach without the 
confinement and crowds of a high-rise condo. The community swimming 
pool in this private neighborhood is literally 10 steps from the 
front driveway. Enjoy the serene views from the large decks located
