Patsy's Place is at North Clearwater Beach and is a converted home 
with a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It is owned by two sisters - 
Patsy and Peggy Page, long time Clearwater residents. The home was 
built in l925 and has high ceilings, hardwood floors, french doors, 
fireplace and "shabby chic" furnishings.
 
We chose to eliminate the lawn and put in a butterfly garden. There 
is a small backyard with flowers, bikes, BBQ grill.  Not your typical 
motel accomodations.  You have room to relax and spread out and yet 
you are only 300 feet from the gulf.  

The Sisters take great pride in maintaining a clean, friendly 
BEACH HOUSE. Our area of the beach is pet friendly and residential. 
It is a quiet area. You can walk your pet on north Clearwater Beach 
or the city sidewalks or let her bark at the "passersby" from our 
fenced yard.

Full kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, blender for those frosty 
drinks.  Washer and dryer.  Phone Service. Linens, towels, beach 
chairs and beach towels.  
Two Color TV's with cable and VCR. Movie tapes, games, loads of 
books. 
Central AC/Heat and ceiling fans. 
Parking is right outside your front door. City pool and 3 minutes 
away - walking distance. Children's playground 2 blocks from our 
front door. 

Only 1 1/2 hrs from Disneyworld and 40 minutes from Busch Gardens and 
Florida Aquarium.  The Pier on Clearwater Beach offers nightly 
entertainment and an oversized kids playground.  Weekend concerts and 
sunset activities are a part of the activities the City offers. A 
Jolley Trolley will take you up and down the beach areas for $1 a 
ride. Explore different beaches and restaurants and come back to cook 
your own steaks and watch a sunset.  We have a gas grill and  bikes 
on the premises for use by our tenants. At the marina, you will boat 
rides for midnight cruises, dolphin viewing, touring boats, fishing, 
even a pirate boat complete with masked crew and a cannon. There are 
many golf courses within 10 miles, some Public Golf Courses are Airco 
Golf Course, Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, Clearwater Golf Park, 
Countryside Executive Golf Course and more! Write for more info on

Rates:  
Weekly rates start at $850 per week plus 12% tourist tax -- need to 
know number of people and if your pet is vacationing also. Rates for 
holiday weeks may be higher.  Rates can change so book now . Monthly 
rates $2,400 TO $3,200  plus tax. Pets welcome with non-refundable 
pet deposit.
