Busch Gardens, and many others. With easy access to the Space Coast 
and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. 
The Villa has a private screened pool, four large bedrooms (two en-
suite), three bathrooms, lounge, dining area, fully-equipped 
kitchen, laundry room, and furnished decking area. it is tastefully 
decorated and combines maximum comfort, security, and privacy in a 
beautiful landscaped setting. The Golf and Country Club also offers 
an abundance of free leisure facilities including recreation area, 
large community swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centre with

restaurant, giving a true "resort" feel. 

Within walking distance from the villa are 24 hour supermarkets, 
restaurants, takeaways, and a bank. A major shopping mall is only a 
short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a 
championship golf course and is rated fifty-first in the top 100 
courses in the United States and is considered one of the finest in 
Central Florida. 

The villa is located conveniently for US Highway 27, with Orlando 
airport 35 minutes, Disney 15-20 minutes, and Space Coast 60 minutes 
away. All you could require is within easy access, but far enough 
away from the noise and congestion.
