This Key West Style Community and Condo have been recently renovated
with all new and upgraded features.

The kitchen is stocked for any level chef with granite counter tops,
the dining room accommodates six people and living room houses a 32
inch television and pull out queen sofa. 
Also for your use, wireless internet and digital cable with HBO.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed along with its own private
bath and full walk in closet. 

The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds.

The condo is located on the ground floor with a large patio overlooking
Little Bayou and Bird Island. The views in our pictures are just some
of the things you can expect to see during your stay along with
dolphins, pelicans, and manatee!!!!

There are so many amenities at your finger tips on the property, you
can enjoy swimming, fishing, tennis, boating, and you can also take
advantage of the new fitness center with 4 flat screen televisions. 

Additionally, there is a Village Convenience Store on the property,
for last minute or forgotten items.

We are within a half hour's drive to all St. Petersburg and Tampa
attractions including, Tropicana Field, St. Pete's Times Forum, Busch
Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry),
Florida Aquarium, Salvador Dali Museum and Ybor City.

It's an easy drive to Orlando and Disney, Universal and all area
attractions

You are less than nine miles to the gulf beaches and the barrier
islands.  Also, Florida's Gulf Coast is home to Caladesi Beach,
America's #2 beach in 2007 and #1 in 2008!

Nightly rates can be negotiated.

We now accept Visa and Mastercard.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required. 

A cleaning fee and taxes are already included in rates listed above.

Half of the total rent (including half of the security deposit) is
required within 2 weeks of signing the lease agreement – should
payment not be received within the given time frame, your reservation
will no longer be held.

Two (2) weeks prior to check-in, a cashier’s check equaling the
remaining rent and security deposit is due.

If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, we will return your
deposit.

If you cancel less then 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your
deposit.

The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or
early departures for any reason. 

We will accommodate one, three and six month rentals – please contact
for pricing.
