The apartment is part of a small community known as “The Village” which enjoys one of the best 
locations on Tara. Situated just 200 yards from the Clubhouse and all the recreational facilities, it 
overlooks the 10th fairway.
Beautifully furnished in Florida style, the apartment is an upstairs unit with cathedral ceilings. 
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king - size bed in the master and twin beds in the 
second bedroom. 

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher,  electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. All 
household linens are plentiful, in fact the apartment contains everything you would expect and more.  
The laundry room has a washer, tumble dryer and airing space.

Golf practice facilities include a large driving range, putting green and chipping area. Adjacent to 
the Clubhouse are two floodlit Tennis courts, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Exercise room and Steam room.
All these are 200yds from the condo.

Golf membership is available with rental.

The magnificent white - sand Gulf coast beaches are only 20 minutes drive away and are wonderfully 
quiet. So if you decide on a lazy day, whichever of the beaches you choose, you can be sure of lots of 
space,  a warm ocean and  entertainment provided by  the Pelicans and other Florida wildlife. You may 
well see Dolphins and if you are lucky,  even the elusive Manatee! 

Restaurants and shopping malls are numerous and nearby. Orlando and all the Disney attractions less 
than 2 hrs drive away.

Mid season (April - May, Oct - Dec) $2200 pcm
Low season ( June - Sept) $1500 pcm

Rentals are subject to tax (currently 10.5%)
