House on Canal with boat dock.  Three bedroom , 1 1/2 bath , new 
kitchen, new floors,  decorated beautifully, fully furnished 
with all your kitchen and bedroom needs.  Washer and Dryer. Canal is 
deep enough for sailboat.  Approxiametly 2 miles from the Gulf of 
Mexico and 200 yards from the Tampa Bay.  Minutes to beautiful 
Downtown St. Petersburg and the Beaches.   We have caught some nice 
size fish right from our dock.  Rent weekly or monthly.

The House has wood floor and tile throughout, carpet in bedrooms, 
central heating and air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen - 
with stove, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage 
disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and food processor.  Dishes, 
glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils and serving pieces are 
provided.  

A Television is provided in the living room for all to 
enjoy and DSL hookup for the internet. The master bedroom has a 
queen bed with comfortable Beautyrest 
mattress. The guest room has a trundle and the third room has futon 
bed. Also supplied:  towels and bed linens, iron/ironing board.

Washer and dryer are located in the house.  This is a non-smoking 
house and there are pet exceptions.

Bicycles, boats, and jet skis are available for rent on St. 
Petersburg Pier for you to enjoy. One bike on the premises. Bike on 
premises.   

St. Petersburg is home to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (professional 
baseball team).  The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (professional football - 
Super Bowl champions in 2003) and Tampa Bay Lightning (professional 
hockey team - Stanley Cup Champions 2004) play their home games in 
nearby Tampa.

Restaurants, shopping, museums and cultural events are plentiful in 
downtown St. Pete.  This area is known as the "culture coast" and is 
a "Top 25 Arts Destination" in America.  St. Petersburg is the only 
city in Florida besides Key West to be ranked a city of the arts.  

Disney World, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, International Mall, 
Ellenton Outlet Mall and other area attractions are easily reached 
via I-275 and I-4.
