       A $300.00/weekly and $500.00/monthly deposit is required to hold a reservation.  
       The deposit will be held as a damage deposit during your stay and will
       be refunded as soon as the unit is inspected after your departure.
       A $70.00 cleaning fee, plus cost to repair any damage, above normal 
       wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit.  The full rent,
       plus 10.5% sales and resort tax is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
