family gatherings including their cars, boats, trailers, and even an 
RV.

Upon entering the home thru French doors you are greeted with a 
spacious Great Room with wood burning fire place.  For the gourmet 
cook this large kitchen will definitely give you lots of room to be 
inspired.

The 150 ft. canal frontage is just the beginning in your trip 
towards the Mason Creek Inlet to the Gulf of Mexico, the 
Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Preserve and the beautiful 
Homosassa River all of which feature some of the best snook, trout, 
redfish and grouper fishing in Florida. Manatee and dolphin watching 
is another popular activity. Public Boat ramps are just minutes away 
by both land and water.

 brackish (salt/fresh) water canal.  On this full acre you are 
 surrounded by nature at its best. Sit on your front porch and enjoy 
 the lovely oaks, palms,native cypress trees  and even a magnolia.

 blender, side by side refrigerator with door water & ice dispenser.
-Full size washer and dryer are located in utility room just off
