beach, and 15 minutes to the famous "City Place" which is known for 
great shopping & restaurants, & 5 minutes to the new downtown Palm 
Beach Gardens city place. PGA National home of the Honda Classic. 
Great golfing nearby and also the Cardinals & Miami Dolphins spring 
training. Extremely quiet surroundings,beautiful, & friendly. 

Home is a 3/2 which is beautifully decorated in a Key West style 
decor. Fireplace to snuggle up and feel cozy.Screened in porch. 
Community pool. 1,400 living sq feet.

This home will be fully furnished including bedding, towels and all 
kitchen necessities. Home is air conditioned 
with ceiling fans. There is cable TV. All utilities are included.

Directions: From I-95, exit Northlake. Go West past Military 
Trail and continue to go straight for about 3-4 miles turn right on 
Ryder Cup Road into PGA National. Pass guard gate. Go about 2-3 
miles to Dunbar Woods turn left. Go to stop sign, turn left and 
you'll see 1141 Suite #201 (2nd floor).

The closest airports in the area is Palm Beach International airport 
(PBI)located about 18 miles south of Palm Beach Gardens. We are 40-60
minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International airport 
(FLL)Lauderdale, Florida, and finally the Miami International 
airport (MIA) located around 90 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates 
Seasonal- December to April.
Minimum rental is 4 weeks. 

$3,500 per month. No pets considered.
$1000 security deposit is required to reserve your request.  The 
deposit will be returned after departure and inspection.  Full 
rental balance due 20 days prior to arrival.

There is a charge of $25 for every week for cleaning. However, the 
vacationer will be refunded if they decide to clean up and leave the 
home in the same condition it was given in.
