Manasota Beach. 

This fully air conditioned villa has two double rooms overlooking 
the pool and two twin rooms. The two double rooms have en-suite 
bathrooms and the twins share a third. The villa is fully furnished 
with everything you could need, from 60 widescreen TV with digital 
cable TV & VCR to microwave, from washer/dryer to linen and towels. 


Have breakfast in the breakfast nook surrounded by the magnificent 
aquarium window overlooking the designer pool than the go to the 
beach to enjoy relaxing walks along long stretches of almost 
deserted beach, splashing in the surf, catching the sun or simply  
hunting for fossilised shark's teeth in the Sharks Tooth Capital of 
the world. 

In the evenings, enjoy a barbeque by the pool or head out to 
Sharkey's on the Pier or The Crow's Nest to enjoy an excellent meal 
and view the sunset over the Gulf, or head off to Durango's for ice 
cold beer and smoked ribs.

Very near the sea, near the north end of Manasota Key. 

House has air conditioning, central heating with linen and towels 
provided. For entertainment, there is and audio tape player, CD, 
radio, 60" TV, home theater surround sound, with Cable, DVD, 
video player, free WLan, and 2nd TV with DVD. Outside, there is a 
gas barbecue by the fantastic 33' heated pool, 7ft spa and a covered 
Lanai with pool furniture.

The house is fitted with a games room which includes pool,air hockey 
and table soccer (three separate game centers). Next to the games 
room is a multi feature gym with treadmill, cycling and other 
exercise equipment.

Fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, walking, shopping. South Venice is 
60 minutes away from Tampa's Busch Gardens and 2 hours away from the 
Disney and Universal Studio parks in Orlando. At Busch Gardens, 
visit the animals or for the more adventurous, check out the south 
east USA's fastest wooden roller coaster. Find yourself racing 
through 7000 feet of track with six fly by maneuvers with trains 
passing within feet of each other, crossing at speeds over 100 mph.

Fishing - An anglers paradise, prime fishing is found in Lemon Bay, 
Stump Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Known for its abaundance of 
redfish, grouper and snook, this area is also known as the Tarpon

Beaches - Fourteen miles of sandy beaches provide almost unlimited 
beach combing along the Lemon Bay area's beaches, offering a 
thrilling adventure. Along with shells and driftwood, prehistoric 
sharks teeth are buried in the sand. Watch out for the nesting 
turtles though from mid spring to mid fall.

Golf - Florida is a golfer's dream and draws more golfers than any 
other state. The South Venice area offers six golf courses with 
another dozen within half an hours drive. Naturally, the most common 
elements on Florida courses are water and sand, with prevailing 
coastal winds offering the occasional challenge.
