solar heated and the waterfall spa is heated by gas. The disappearing 12 ft glass wall integrates 
the Family 
room with the pool area to create an outstanding indoor/outdoor entertaining space. The family room 
has a gas 
fireplace and 50" flat screen TV visible from the Kitchen.

Huge Gourmet cook's kitchen is fully applianced and appointed with 
breakfast bar and cheerful casual dining table.

The Dining room seats 8 under the romantic chandelier. Our 
indoor/outdoor entertaining space has a beautiful marble topped bar, 
club chairs inside and outside, a generous selection of furniture to 
lounge on, sip cocktails and enjoy the glorious sunsets over the bay.

There are no additional fees or taxes.

* Christmas/Newyears bookings are flat rate, $3,200, for the two weeks from Saturday Dec. 20th, 2008 
to Saturday Jan. 3rd, 2009.

* A Premium may be applied to Special Event Periods including but not limited to Feb 1, 2009.

A $600 deposit is required to confirm booking. 
A valid credit card will be required at check-in for security and 
will be charged only in the event of damage.
