This is a non-smoking condo & pets are not allowed by Condominium 
Association. Renters must comply with all condo rules and 
regulations.

"6 Month Maximum Rental"

Monthly Rates:
Oct. 1 to December 31......................$2,500.00 USD/month
Jan. 1 to May 31...........................$3,000.00 USD/month

No other additional fees other than 11% taxes and a one time $100 
Cleaning fee. Cleaning services are provided on a bi-weekly basis. 
Utilities are included in rental. One month's security 
deposit is refundable upon checkout (minus cleaning fee) provided 
there is no damage. Rates are subject to change without notice.
