Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency 
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 
If renting for more than a month, monthly rates are negotiable. 
For reservations a deposit in the amount of $300 is required to hold 
the unit and a processing/maintenance fee in the amount of $100. There will be a 
security deposit for damages if any in the amount of $500 which will 
be mailed within 30 days after departure if no damage occured during 
stay. Balance of total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. If 
canceled prior to 60 days of arrival deposit is non-refundable. No 
refund for early departure. January -March $2500*/month, April - 
September $2100*/month, October- December $2300*/month.
