Directly on the ocean!  Rustic, heart of pine paneled oceanfront cottage with cedar shake 
exterior and large 0oceanfront deck.  No tv, no phone, no cable, no dishwasher, no 
washer/dryer...but lots of private oceanfront sandy beach.  Working wood-burning 
fireplace.  No smoking inside the cottage please.

The cottage is located approx. 2 miles north of historic St Augustine in Vilano Beach.   The 
skyline of St Augustine is visable from our kitchen and bedroom as is the intracoastal 
waterway.  The Atlantic Ocean is right at our front door and is visable from the livingroom,
dining room and deck (see photos).  Our livingroom is 50 ft from the beach. 

All services and activities are available within a short drive.  

Fully equiped kitchen.  Microwave oven.  Stereo with 3-disk cd changer.  Games, books, 
beach chairs, barbeque grill, and deck chairs.  No tv, no dishwasher, no washer/
dryer, no phone, nothing to interrupt the sound of the surf or the view of the sea through the 
sea oats waving in the wind.

No smoking in the cottage please.

Most guests are perfectly happy with the deck and beach on the ocean.  For more activities 
you need only drive 2 miles to America's oldest city, St Augustine, where a great many 
additional activities are available.  If you have something specific in mind, please give us a 
call....we've lived here all our lives and know the area quite well.  Email us and we'll send you 
our St Augustine information/suggestion list.

7 nights:  $695 + $75 cleaning fee + $62.55 tax = $832.55 total cost.
additional nights, $108.00 (includes tax; there is no additional cleaning fee).

6 nights: $640 + $75 cleaning fee + $57.60 tax = $772.60 total cost.
5 nights: $585 + $75 cleaning fee + $52.65 tax = $712.65 total cost.
4 nights: $530 + $75 cleaning fee + $47.70 tax = $652.70 total cost.
3 nights: $475 + $75 cleaning fee + $42.75 tax = $592.75 total cost.
We require a 3-night minimum stay; you may stay only 1 or 2 nights, but the rate remains 
$592.75.  Monthly rentsl:  $2,000 + cleaning fee + tax.

A security deposit of $300.00 is payable separate from the rental; the security deposit is 
refundable in full within 72 hours of check out if no loss or damage to the property.

Rates are for one or two persons only.  If approved, one additional adult or child is permitted at an 
additional linen/cleaning fee of $50.00.  There is one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa (not sofa 
bed) in the living room.

Rental includes lines, towels, and soap.  Kitchen is fully furnished with utinsels, cookware, 
coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, oven and refridgerator.  The fireplace works but you 
must provide your own wood or firelogs.   The cottage has central heat and air 
conditioning.
