  Our updated condo in beautiful Kelly Greens is available for late spring/summer/fall
rental for the remainder of 2008. Our second floor Terrace unit has all new carpeting, tile, paint,
furnishings, and sliding windows on the lanai. We overlook a large lake on the 15th. hole of the 
golf course. Additional pictures can be forwarded via e-mail. 
  Excellent references on this unit can be supplied by previous 
renters with no problem. We are looking to find people who will care 
for our condo as if it were their own. If you are looking for a nice 
winter getaway you will enjoy both this home away from home and the 
Kelly Greens community.   
  There is a real sense of belonging here and a good time is had by 
all. The club offers a varied array of social activities, exercise 
classes, golf lessons, and dinner specials. Our golf course and club
membership can be transferred to those who wish to play and participate 
in social activities during their stay.
  This is the closest gated golf course community to Ft. Myers 
Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. Great shopping and dining 
abound. Tennis, pools, workout center, clubhouse with beautiful 
dining area, immaculate groundskeeping, all amentities. For more
