   Monthly Rate: $2250.-
   Weekly: $950.-
   Extra day: $140.-  
 

* Season  (Mid Nov, Dec , Jan , Feb, Mar, Apr) 
       
   Monthly Rate: $2900.-   
   Weekly: $1100.-
   Extra day: $180.-  
                          

*Annual rental :   $2000.- x 12 months

*CLEANING FEE: $70.- 
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500.- Refundable after inspection of unit.

*A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to book the unit, remaining balance to be 
received no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

*Refunds are made only if the time slot is re-rented.
