$2,500 per month + sales tax (3 month minimum rental)

$600.00 security deposit to hold unit / Full payment due 1 month 
prior to occupying.  The security deposit will be send back to you 
in full, few days after your departure (if everything in the unit is 
like you found it when you arrive).  $125 cleaning fee.
