Ground level parking for up to 3 vehicles and unit is up one flight of stairs (unit is on stilts).  
Large deck with comfortable deck furniture.  TV, cable.  King bed and queen bed.

Beautiful beach, less crowded than some of the local bigger beaches, many excellent 
restaurants within walking distance, Tampa International Airport approximately 30-45 
minutes away, Tampa and St. Petersburg musuems 30-60 minutes away,  Busch Gardens 
Tampa Bay 45 minutes away, Orlando attractions approximately 2 hours away.  Beach is very 
relaxing, tranquil, fishing can be good.  Beach chairs  supplied.  Single standing 
building with one unit above this one.  Windows on all four sides.  At times the sounds of the 
surf can be heard inside ( if the sliding glass doors are open).  Dolphins are frequently seen, 
even from inside.

$900 to $1200 per week  (***Plus 12%  state and local taxes)
