area with a table and chairs. There is also NEW furniture in the 
expanded lanai which creates a seperate sitting area. It overlooks 
the superbly manicured grounds and boat slips.

The Master bedroom features a NEW King size bed and dresser with a 
NEW LCD TV and NEW art work. It has a large mirrored closet too. The 
2nd Bedroom also has NEW furniture and art work with a TV and built 
in DVD player. It also has a large mirrored closet.

Also, the management company is on the grounds next to one of the 
swimming pools. They will handle all of the booking, keys, and offer 
tips on local activities. So, book with confidence by knowing that 
someone is on site that represents the owner and handle all 
inquiries.

If you are golfing we can offer you many quality courses within
a 15 minute drive. And don't forget about shopping, there are many 
nearby shopping areas including the famous St. Armands Circle. You 
can also walk to a boat rental and dock it at our complex.
